Squarewise Academy

The Squarewise Academy, our two year in-house training program, helps young professionals take control of their own development and become keen and creative consultants. Renowned professors and experts from the field help and inspire us throughout. The programme consists of three modules: Consultancy Skills, Business Skills and Business Smarts.

Consultancy Skills

Consultancy Skills provides basic training for the consultancy profession. The material is designed to train potential consultants in their thinking and behaviour. Consultancy ethics are explored via case studies. We train skills like understanding influence, working in teams, dealing with resistance and giving and receiving feedback. Other key elements are project and program management.

Business Skills

The Business Skills module deals with business, the work environment and the world of the client. Organizations are our work field, so researching and exploring them is essential. A selection of the themes covered in this module:

Business Smarts

Business Smarts teaches novice consultants to identify opportunities and to think in terms of propositions. Being able to create opportunities by distilling propositions from incisive analysis is essential for developing into an independent and enterprising consultant. Our young professionals are challenged to process information within a team context; we are constantly testing their analytical capacities.
