Choosing Squarewise means choosing impact. We are involved in projects that matter, in terms of both business and society. We are committed to make a difference and are rewarded accordingly. In 2006 and 2010, Squarewise was the proud recipient of the ROA Impact Award for most innovative consulting project. We were nominated for best consulting project in The Netherlands every single year in between.

Choosing Squarewise is choosing in-house entrepreneurship with few restrictions. We offer our team members ample opportunities for taking the initiative, setting up projects and brainstorming about new products and markets. Nothing is handed to you on a platter. You create your own career - with our help, of course.  

Choosing Squarewise is choosing limitless growth. Together, we determine the next step in your career. All consultants take a two year in-house training course, the Squarewise Academy. In addition, we employ the Triple Ladder method.  In order to learn, one must be prepared to make mistakes and step outside personal comfort zones. We provide constructive feedback and will challenge you to cross boundaries and try new things.
