About Leonie

Civil engineer
A result-driven performer on a mission to transform the traditional building sector, Leonie studied Civil Engineering, specialized in building-process management. She picked up the passion for business administration during her time as a partner in a student consultancy firm. Leonie worked as a young executive at Boer & Croon and fell for the Squarewise no-nonsense mentality in early 2010.

Gifted
Leonie feels right at home in new surroundings and quickly gets to the root of the problem. She is a gifted maker of connections, always looking for the person behind the professional and the motivation behind the client’s question. At Squarewise, she is involved with talent development within the team. 

Brain training
Leonie uses the creative left hemisphere of her brain both at work and in her free time. She gets extra inspiration and energy from being an amateur actress.
